Little Cicerone was created to make cultural discovery a shared experience between children and adults. These terms describe the rules that allow everyone to use the app simply, fairly and safely.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Little Cicerone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the app

Little Cicerone offers educational routes, quizzes, observation activities and cultural content connected to museums, monuments and places of interest.

3. Accounts and access

The app may offer guest access and registered accounts via email/password, Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. Some features, such as purchases or full progress saving, may require a registered account.

4. Proper use

Users agree not to tamper with the app, copy or distribute content without permission, or use the service fraudulently or unlawfully.

5. Educational content

Content is prepared with care for educational purposes. It does not replace guided tours, official educational materials or information provided directly by museums, organisations or institutions.

6. Museums and places of interest

Unless otherwise stated, Little Cicerone is an independent project. Names of museums, monuments and places are used for descriptive purposes.

7. Digital purchases

Digital purchases, where available, will be managed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Prices, refunds and payment conditions are also governed by the respective platforms.

8. Points, levels and badges

Points, levels and badges have only playful and educational value. They have no monetary value, cannot be converted into money and cannot be transferred.

9. Intellectual property

Texts, quizzes, route structure, graphics, trademarks, badges and original materials belong to Little Cicerone or their respective owners. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.

10. Availability and updates

We may update, correct, remove or modify content and features to improve the service or fix issues.

11. Responsibility

Little Cicerone encourages exploration while respecting visited places, museum rules and adult supervision. The app should be used safely and respectfully during visits.

These terms may be updated over time. The latest update date will always be shown on this page.
